Gary Albertson is the Vice President of ATM Strategy and Branch Technology at First Citizens Bank.� Gary has been in the financial services industry for 15 years having previously worked for RBC Bank, Fidelity Investments and Capital One.� In his current role, Gary manages the strategic roadmap for the ATM channel and Branch Technology initiatives to optimize profitability enhance customer experience and maintain competitiveness by driving efficiencies.Albertson received his BA in Communications from SUNY � College at Geneseo and earned his MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management.� Gary is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute.�
