Howard Brooks currently manages BB&Ts Electronic Delivery Channels (EDC). His primary responsibility is to provide day-to-day and long-term strategic direction for the banks phone, ATM, online and mobile channels.Brooks joined BB&T in 2005 serving in a strategic role within EDC. He was promoted to his current position in 2009. He has more than 35 years of financial experience in large corporate and Treasury Services, 10 of which have been in channels.Brooks is a graduate of American University with a degree in economics.
