Jane Hudson Ridley is a senior director in the USPF Government group at S&P Global, and a Sector Lead for local governments. Based in S&P Global’s Centennial, Colorado office, Jane’s analytic work focuses on credit trends and events across the country. Her areas of expertise include distressed credits and the evolving perception of the GO pledge. Prior to joining Standard & Poor’s in 2001, Jane was a Vice President in the municipal finance department at Banc of America Securities, and also worked in municipal securities at PaineWebber.
