Julie Cords

Julie Cords has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Julie is a career banker and has held various banking positions, including branch manager, training coordinator, marketing and compliance.�She most recently served as Vice President of Marketing and Quality Assurance at Eastwood Bank. Eastwood Bank has $634 million in assets and 15 offices in southeast Minnesota. �In this role, she managed all marketing, product research, public relations, community involvement, training, and customer satisfaction programs.As a member of the senior management, she helped shape the strategic direction of the organization. She oversaw and managed key functions within the bank to ensure enterprise wide goals and objectives were met.Julie enjoys using her many years of banking experience to help banks develop actionable strategies to improve performance and increase overall efficiency.She holds a degree in Business Administration.
