K. Scott Canon

Since April 2002, Mr. Canon has been the President of Ranger Capital Group, a Dallas-based investment management company.� Prior thereto, Mr. Canon had served as its Chief Operating Officer since January 2001.� From February 1999 to January 2001, Mr. Canon was Chief Financial Officer of Green Mountain Energy Company.� From March 1992 to February 1999, Mr. Canon served in a variety of roles with the broker-dealer affiliate of Security Capital Group, a global real estate research, investment and operating management company.� He was a member of the affiliate�s Board of Directors and head of the Capital Placement Group.� From October 1991 to March 1992, Mr. Canon worked for Chase Manhattan Bank and from August 1987 to October 1991 he worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co.� Mr. Canon earned a B.A. degree (Phi Beta Kappa) with high honors in Plan II and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.�In addition, Mr. Canon is a member of WPO/YPO Organization, and served as a member of the Board of Directors for Green Mountain Energy Company before it was purchased by NRG Energy.�
