Kathy Gallagher is President and founder of Gallagher Capital Corp., an asset management company specializing in Pacific Northwest municipal bonds.� Incorporating more than three decades experience in the regional bond markets, Gallagher sees strength, depth and diversity among Pacific Northwest municipalities and seeks to incorporate smaller, non-rated issuers with sound financials. �I believe that my clients� interests are best served when we invest in local communities based on independent research.�Gallagher is a 1979 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Occidental College. A Pacific Northwest native and second generation investment advisor, Gallagher began her career at her father�s company in Portland (formerly Gallagher Capital Corp. and now operating as Pacific Crest Securities). In 1990, Gallagher joined Seattle Northwest Securities as Vice-President, Institutional Sales. While at Seattle Northwest, Gallagher was a senior producer, shareholder, and member of the Board of Directors. She also served as Trustee for the company�s Employee Retirement Plan.Gallagher Capital Corp. was established in January, 2004. Kathy Gallagher serves on the Board of PNCA, Pacific Northwest College of Art and chairs the Investment Committee. She is a member of the NFMA, National Federation of Municipal Analysts.
