Kemal A. Delic is a senior technologist and enterprise architect with Hewlett-Packard Co. He holds Dipl.El.Ing. degree ('81 cum laude) from the University of Sarajevo. He has 26+ years of unique experience in industry and academia, has published a book on Pattern Recognition Principles ('84) and filed several patents. He has published 70+ papers and articles and serves as Adjunct Professor on MBA courses at the PMF University in Grenoble. He is also an Associate Editor of ACM Ubiquity magazine and serves as an Advisor to the EC FET 2007-13 Programme.
