Paul Gallucci

As a Director in the credit and collections practice of CGI’s Financial Solutions Group, Mr. Gallucci is a Subject Matter Expert in collections and has extensive experience implementing and managing implementations of CGI’s market leading Collections and Recovery Solution – CACS® Enterprise. Mr. Gallucci leverages this experience to provide management consulting in the areas of business process automation, process improvement and the implementation of effective practices. As the Collections Offering Manager, he is actively engaged with the CACS user community, providing guidance to ongoing and new product development initiatives and offerings.
