Saul Rosenbaum

Managing Director

Saul Rosenbaum is a Managing Director in Prager’s San Francisco-based headquarters where he is responsible for managing the activities of the Firm’s investment banking unit. Saul devotes his efforts to addressing the investment banking requirements of a wide variety of governmental and not-for-profit borrowers ranging from state authorities to public and private colleges and universities. He possesses extensive knowledge of credit, economic, business, political and legal factors influencing the issuance of debt obligations and frequently serves as a keynote speaker on topics relating to financing techniques for public and not-for-profit agencies. Prior to joining the Firm in 1994, Saul was a Vice President in the San Francisco Public Finance Group of Prudential Securities Incorporated for six years where he concentrated on not-for-profit, utility, land-secured, tax increment, transportation and lease-revenue financing in the western states. And prior to joining Prudential Securities, Mr. Rosenbaum was a Consultant in the Municipal Finance Consulting Division of Ernst & Young for three years. Saul is a FINRA Registered Representative and General Securities Principal. He is a graduateof the University of Arizona.
