President of SAIC Engineering and VP

Scott T McKillip, P.E., has twenty-two years of engineering and consulting experience and has held positions of increasing senior management responsibility within the Energy, Environment and Infrastructure Group of SAIC since 2004. He has a very diverse background in engineering and construction, spanning environmental, civil/infrastructure, homeland security, and energy-related projects within the private and public sectors. Scott currently serves as both the President of SAIC Engineering, Inc. and as a Vice President of The Benham Companies, LLC. He provides Operations Management of Design/Build programs for the Energy Services business sector. Benham is an engineering and life-cycle technology implementation firm with over 800 employees and 13 U.S. locations that serves Fortune 500 commercial and federal government customers. Benham offers a full range of capabilities in consulting, engineering, architecture and design/build, including specialized expertise in energy management, alternative fuels, process engineering, industrial manufacturing, facilities, software development and integration, and advanced visualization and communication systems. Benham was acquired by Science Applications International Corporation(SAIC) in 2007 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of SAIC.
