Steven Capps

Steven Capps manages process design and operational analytics for Auto Physical Damage Personal Insurance claims at Liberty Mutual. In this role, he is responsible for the operating results of the line of business as well as analytics and strategic planning. Previously, he created and led the Research and Development department in support of all lines of business for Personal Insurance Claims. Before working in insurance, he performed financial analysis and operational redesign of acquired companies for a private equity firm. He began his career in quality assurance at an ISO9001 registered manufacturer.Steven earned an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Evansville.
