Steven Fuld has been Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Card Marketing &Services Company (CMSC) for Sony Corporation of America since June 2009. Mr. Fuld oversees all aspects of the Sony Card business, as well as the Sony Rewards Program, in the United States and reports to Robert Wiesenthal, EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Sony Corporation of America and EVP and Chief Strategy Officer of Sony Entertainment Inc.CMSC collaborates with and provides capabilities and expertise to other parts of Sony to assist them in increasing customer loyalty and brand preference, and driving incremental sales. During Mr. Fuld’s tenure, CMSC has introduced a significantly improved credit card program utilizing Capital One and Visa, closer collaboration and additional loyalty clubs with Sony’s sister companies, enhanced marketing capabilities, and a merchant-funded rewards program.Prior to joining Sony, Mr. Fuld served as Managing Director and Executive Vice President at The Kessler Group, a privately owned financial services firm based in Boston specializing in partnership development, credit card marketing and portfolio acquisitions, for 10 years. During that time, he was instrumental in launching and managing three separate and diverse businesses for the company, including its credit card portfolio acquisition unit, its insurance practice and, most recently, its capital business.Before that, Mr. Fuld spent seven years at companies now part of Citigroup, in marketing, finance and business development roles.
