Vice President & Chief Financial OfficerSue Bailey joined the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County in December 2010. Previously she worked for the City of Houston as debt manager, investment manager, and director of financial reporting. She also served as finance director for the City of Galveston.She is a CPA registered in Texas. She earned a BA and MA from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Texas. From 1999 to 2002 she was retired in the Netherlands and enjoyed riding trains, trams and buses throughout the country.
