Tom has worked with the countrys leading financial services companies since 1991. For more than 20 years, Tom has provided strategic customer acquisition, customer communications and direct marketing management to credit and lending companies such as Advanta Corp., Capital One, The Royal Bank of Scotland and US Bank. Working on both the client- and agency-sides of the desk, Toms experience gave him the opportunity to pioneer highly-targeted, highly-personalized marketing and customer communications programs. While based in the UK, Tom also spearheaded all credit card marketing for Advantas joint venture with The Royal Bank of Scotland. In 2001, Tom was honored with the prestigious Philadelphia Direct Marketing Associations Direct Marketer of the Year Award.
