PALO ALTO, Calif.–Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union acquired USE Credit Union’s San Jose, Calif., branch on Nov. 1, and said it now offers its members greater convenience with branches throughout the Silicon Valley.
As part of the acquisition, Addison Avenue is offering the 4,500 credit union members from USE’s San Jose branch a similar suite of products and services, in addition to a number of new services now available to them.
“Our purchase of the USE San Jose branch was a great move for our members as we now have a presence closer to many of our sponsor companies in San Jose,” said Addison Avenue CEO Benson Porter. “The recent acquisition was a strategic move that will allow us to reach more members and is in line with our strategy of expanding our presence in the Peninsula.”
