SAN ANTONIO – Air Force FCU announced Friday it has hired Robert Glenn, an executive the past 16 years at ORNL FCU in Oak Ridge, Tenn., as its new president and CEO. Glenn will succeed Tom Whitmore, who left the $230-million credit union, known until 2003 as Lackland FCU, last September. Executive Vice President Bob Sherwood has been serving as interim CEO since then. The credit union, based at Lackland Air Force Base, is open to all members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.
