Alamo FCU Launches Mobile Concierge Service

SAN ANTONIO – Alamo FCU wants its members to Remember the Alamo and its personalized service that will send a representative to a member’s or prospective member’s home, office or a local donut shop.

The credit union’s concierge service will be available to help members fill out loan documents, set up automatic bill pay or mobile banking, switch accounts from another financial institution or provide other personalized assistance.

“This is something that the busy professionals of San Antonio have been wanting for a long time. A way to make their lives easier without spending hours in a bank waiting on someone,” said Max Villaronga, president of the $45 million credit union. “With Alamo FCU, you don’t wait on us, we wait on you.”

The service is available to all prospective and current members.
