ANCHORAGE, Alaska – Alaska USA FCU on Monday said it hired insurance industry veteran Timothy Maudsley to head its Alaska USA Insurance Brokers CUSO, one of the biggest insurance operations in credit unions.

Alaska USA Insurance Brokers was established in 1986. It provides commercial and personal insurance for more than 11,000 individual and business clients with a staff of 110 professionals. It has offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kenai, Soldotna, and Wasilla, Alaska, as well as in Federal Way, Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and Seattle, Washington.
Maudsley has 20 years of insurance industry experience, including underwriting, operations, sales and management at large regional insurance agencies.
