ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – Honor CU will acquire three new branches and $85 million in assets as a result of its merger with Kalamazoo’s Allegis CU, creating a $400-million credit union serving 38,000 members.
As a result of the merger the current Allegis offices in Paw Paw, Coldwater and Kalamazoo will be re-branded Honor offices.
The merger gives Honor CU 12 branches and service in 14 Michigan counties.
