INDIANAPOLIS – Allied Solutions LLC yesterday said it has acquired the direct mail business of Gateway Services Group LLC, a CUSO for 100 credit unions.
The business mainly consists of accidental death and dismemberment insurance administered by Affinion Group and produced at 40 credit unions.
Allied Solutions will service the accounts and support new credit union direct mail business through a marketing arrangement with Gateway Services Group.
The deal comes a few days after Allied agreed to acquire MJB Insurance Services, a Kansas City-based provider of insurance services for credit unions.
Allied Solutions is a unit of Securian Financial Group in St. Paul, Minn.
