HONOLULU Aloha Pacific FCU has appointed Vince Otsuka, its senior vice president of lending who was serving as interim chief, as president and chief executive officer of the $750 million-asset credit union.
Otsuka had been serving as interim CEO since April, following the retirement of longtime president Wallace Watanabe. Otsuka will be just the third CEO in the 77-year-old credit union’s history.
The one-time Honolulu City & County Employees’ credit union is Hawaii’s third largest.
