FORT WORTH, Texas – Members of American Airlines FCU are invited to join a June 21 celebration of the airlines industry and tribute to long-time President John Tippets, who is retiring after 17 years with the credit union giant.

Tippets will be signing copies of his new book, Hearts of Courage, the miraculous story of his father’s 29-day survival in the Alaska wilderness after a plane crash in 1943.
The “Fun Takes Flight” celebration also will feature refreshments, games, a document shredder and drawings for a $2,500 five-year CD.
