American Eagle FCU Installs GMT’s Call Center Management System

EAST HARTFORD, Conn. – American Eagle FCU has signed with GMT Corp. to implement the company’s WFM call center management system across its network of 17 branches.

GMT Planet provides advanced analytics capabilities that will help the $1.1 billion credit union predict how many calls will be coming into a call center for any given shift for any given day of the year. The system can be used to forecast the number of members visiting credit union branches or other offices in person, so that the proper number of representatives is scheduled for any given shift.

The system is used by several other credit unions, including Elevations CU and New Mexico Educators FCU.
