PHILADELPHIA -- The headquarters building of American Heritage FCU was transformed into the Wild West as part of last month’s annual Employee Appreciation Day.
Each year, the American Heritage management team selects a theme and plans activities for the staff, as their way of celebrating a valuable team. This year, management greeted the staff dressed as characters from the Wild West including lawmen, gunslingers, cowboys, cowgirls, and schoolmarms, while the employees received a gift bag containing a new credit union shirt and extra goodies.
The entire staff were placed on eight ranches, and competed for prizes. Employees enjoyed Western trivia and word scrambles throughout the day with games and contests during lunch. Management cooked and served the employees lunch.
