PHILADELPHIA – American Heritage FCU said it opened its newest branch in the Social Security Administration Building of Philadelphia in response to growing demand by members.

The new branch, the $700 million credit union’s 21st, replaces a facility closed by an out-of-state credit union. Credit union members called on American Heritage to replace the closed branch with one of its own.
The 1,700 square-foot branch features an Internet café and free coin counting machine. A surcharge-free ATM is available to meet members’ quick cash needs during building hours.
