AMPLIFY FCU Raises the Volume on Member Service ECM Software

AUSTIN, Texas – AMPLIFY FCU said yesterday it has deployed Hyland Software’s OnBase enterprise content management system to automate its business processes, improve member service and manage records retention. The implementation of OnBase is part of a transformation of the $400 million credit union, known until recently as IBM Texas Employees FCU, which cost the credit union about $1.2 million in related expenses. OnBase is an ECM software suite with applications that include document imaging, workflow, electronic document management, COLD/ERM and records management. Hyland Software is based in Cleveland.
