MIDLAND, Mich. – Members First CU is combining with Central Michigan Community CU of Clare, Mich., to create a $317-million credit union.
The merger is scheduled for completion June 1. Members First will be the surviving entity, with Eric Brubaker continuing as CEO of the combined credit union.
Members First has $201 million in assets, while Central Michigan Community has $117 million.
