Arkansas FCU Adds Financial Management Solutions Tracking System

JACKSONVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas FCU has installed Financial Management Solutions Inc.’s Lobby Tracking System which monitors employee performance.

The system helps the $800 million credit union track and analyze the member interactions with Member Service Specialist.

The system also includes an enhanced member sign-in. When a member arrives at one of their branches they immediately go to a self-directed kiosk and sign themselves in with all the pertinent information for their visit. The system notifies all the staff connected to the LTS web-based branch network in real-time that they have arrived.
