Arrowhead Central Fined; Three Others Banned

NCUA announced last week it fined Arrowhead Central CU $22,500 for filing late Home Mortgage Disclosure Act reports, the latest in its effort to crack down on late consumer filings. The San Bernardino, Calif., credit union was the 18th to be fined by NCUA over the past month for late HMDA filings and the fine was the largest of the bunch.

NCUA also said it banned the following individuals from CUs: Faith Ann Quarterman, former president of Little Haiti-Edison FCU, Miami; Floyd Minus, former branch manager at Intrust FCU, Chattanooga, Tenn., and Nancy Noland, former teller at United Labor CU, Kansas City.
