SAN FRANCISCO – Better Branches, a CUSO specializing in workflow solutions, has teamed with SegmentOne, an outbound sales provider, to offer an outbound sales system designed to increase cross-selling ratios for members obtained through indirect lending channels. The system is aimed at helping credit unions convert single-service members into multiple account customers without increasing staff or training costs. The turnkey system takes a data feed from an indirect lending interface, analyzes the information, and develops credit offers that are unique to each member. Borrowers are contacted within 30 days of acquiring a loan and are cross-sold additional products and services.
