GROTON, Conn. – Charter Oak FCU said it has implemented Harland Financial Solutions’ Touché Analyzer MCIF and Advisory Services consulting solutions.

Touche is a member relationship management system and Advisory Services consulting will provide an analysis of such activities as branch potential relative to each location’s market and the credit union’s best opportunities for cross-selling more products to its existing members. The analysis, which will result in specific strategies, as well as actionable tactical recommendations from Harland Financial Solutions’ consultants, will afford the credit union a set of prioritized projects to be implemented using Touché Analyzer.
