OAKLAND, Calif. – Chevron FCU yesterday announced it has signed a five-year contract to convert its 40,000 offline debit and 15,000 PIN debit accounts to PSCU Financial Services.
Officials with the $1.2 billion credit union said it is changing to PSCU Financial Services’ debit platform because of its fraud management technology as well as its 24/7 Contact Center. The Contact Center will manage lost and stolen accounts and provide after-hours member service.
Chevron FCU serves more than 65,000 members in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., and in 67 countries. It operates 18 branches and 41 ATMs in California, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Hawaii, and Alaska.
