DOWNEY, Calif. – City Of Downey FCU has agreed to share its Downey branch with Southern California Postal CU.
Recognizing the difficulties financial institutions have faced during the economic downturn, both credit unions decided to take a collaborative approach to increase efficiencies that will enable them to more successfully compete in the financial services marketplace.
The official grand opening of the shared branch is July 31, but SoCal Postal members have been using the shared branch since May 4.
