PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Community Financial CU is offering the community a chance to give a collective thumbs up and $25,000 by voting on which charities should receive a donation from the credit union.
From March 5 through 30, Community Financial will be accepting nominations from individuals sharing which charitable organization deserve a “Thumbs Up” and a donation in recognition of the good work it does in the community. Nominations can be made at
The nominations will result in five finalists being chosen and put to a vote on the website for a chance to win the $10,000 grand prize. The charities that finish in second and third place will receive $5,000 each, and the fourth and fifth place finishers will each receive $2,500.
