Complex Community FCU Adds Fiserv’s Portico Processing Platform

ODESSA, Texas – Complex Community FCU said yesterday it signed with Fiserv to implement the company’s Portico account processing system in an online service bureau environment.

In addition to Portico, the $273 million credit union will implement a wide range of Fiserv solutions, including: card services for debit card processing; virtual branch for online banking, lending and bill payment; eFichencysm for document imaging; Loancierge for loan origination; AML Manager for regulatory compliance; ConvergeIT: IVR for audio response; electronic statements; Wisdom ALM for asset liability management; and, Mobile Money for mobile banking.

Complex Community FCU will implement Portico in March 2011.
