Consumers CU Adds Andera’s oFlows Automated Account Opening

WAUKEGAN, Ill. Consumers CU has implemented Andera’s oFlows paperless platform for account opening and loan applications.

The $585-million credit union has used Andera’s online account-opening solution since 2007. The company said the upgrade to oFlows will bring full automation to applying for lending products in addition to the existing capability for deposit products.

Consumers CU will be able to meet the needs of its nationwide membership base, Andera said, as those members want to be served at any time of day or night and from any location.
