WAUKEGAN, Ill. – Consumers CU has signed with Fiserv to implement the company’s Acumen account processing solution.
Acumen will be implemented in-house at the $550 million credit union, which also selected Fiserv solutions LynxGate (for switch gateway processing) and Nautilus (for enterprise content management).
Fiserv said Acumen features an open architecture, advanced functionality and ease of use that “liberates credit unions from the limitations of legacy technology, allowing them to scale with growth.” Acumen is available via service bureau, in-house delivery or resource management.
