EL SEGUNDO, Calif. – Continental Airlines FCU yesterday said it has licensed regulatory compliance software from Compliance Coach Inc. known as CompliancePal.
The company said CompliancePal is user-friendly, Web-based software that uses a unique, five-step system to facilitate compliance with the FACT Act Identity Theft Red Flag Rules.
The Red Flag Rules impose new responsibilities on businesses to prevent consumer identity theft.
