IRONDALE, Ala. – Corporate America CU yesterday said it has joined Viewpointe’s web-based image exchange service, providing Pointe2Pointe with Internet connectivity to its 200 member credit unions.
Viewpointe said Pointe2Pointe with Internet connectivity is being deployed by organizations with moderate volumes looking for a quick, cost-effective method of conducting image exchange. The service helps enhance the efforts of financial institutions as they move toward eliminating paper-based check processing and become more efficient.
Several other corporates have implemented the service recently, including Southwest Corporate FCU, Volunteer Corporate CU, Georgia Central CU and WesCorp FCU.
Viewpointe is owned by Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, SunTrust, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo and IBM Corp.
