BURBANK, Calif. – Lockheed FCU last week was accepting contributions for a fund to honor and help the families of two firefighters killed while battling the blazes in Los Angeles.
LFCU itself contributed $1,000 to the fund honoring Arnaldo Quinones, 35, of Palmdale, and Tedmund Hall, 47, of San Bernardino County, who died. Separately, at press time, no credit union had reported damage from the fires, but at least one had closed when the fire approached its facility.
