FERNDALE, Mich. Credit Union ONE has signed with Fiserv to implement the company’s Open Solutions DNA core processing solution.
With the Fiserv’s DNAcreator development toolkit, CU employees can create customized applications called DNAapps that add new functionality, screens and processes to DNA. The CU can also sell DNAapps to other financial institutions and buy those created by others through the DNAappstore -- a collaborative online marketplace for custom core applications.
The $810 million credit union will also use Fiserv’s Magic or integrated teller capture, Prologue for financial management, ConvergeIT for interactive voice response and WireXchange for wire-transfer processing.
Credit Union ONE is an existing client of the Raddon Financial Group, a consulting and research subsidiary of Fiserv.
