BROCKTON, Mass. – Police are hunting for an unarmed man who held up the Crescent CU branch here Tuesday, the fourth robbery at the same branch since April.

The branch’s location outside the center of the city and within easy access to Route 24 appears to make it more appealing to robbers, according to police. There are a lot of cars passing by, but few pedestrians in that area.
The same branch was hit on April 15 and April 28, and again on July 22. The same person was arrested and charged with the first two robberies; another man was arrested and charged with the July robbery.
