INDIANAPOLIS – Servicecorp, a subsidiary of the Indiana CU League, said its Credit Union Card Center (CUCC) is now offering 24/7 call center support for credit union clients every day of the year except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
CUCC said the service is possible thanks to extended office hours and a new partnership with AnyHour Solutions, an Illinois-based call center operation which works exclusively with credit unions.
