CU Realty Services Signs Five CUs

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—CU Realty Services said five credit unions have signed up for the CUSO's HomeAdvantage program to bolster their mortgage efforts.

The CUs are: $3.5 billion Space Coast CU in Melbourne, Fla.; $7.8 billion Star One CU in Sunnyvale, Calif., $816 million USE CU in San Diego; $715 million University of VA CU in Charlottesville, Va. and $4.2 billion Wings Financial CU in Apple Valley, Minn.

The HomeAdvantage program provides CU members with resources to help them make informed decisions when buying or selling a home, according to CU Realty Services, which helps participating credit unions develop relationships with their members during that process.

The CUSO said credit unions that are part of the program have earned the mortgage loans of 80% of members who make use of HomeAdvantage.
