SALEM, Ore. – CU Wireless, a CUSO owned by Maps CU, said it signed six new credit unions to its Text Banking by CU Wireless through its partnership with Financial Service Centers Cooperative’s MyCUAnywhere.
The new text banking customers are: Utah Community CU, Hanscom FCU, Magnify CU, Wauna FCU and Schools Financial CU.
Text Banking by CU Wireless is available to members of credit unions who are not part of the FSCC Shared Branching network through partnerships between the credit unions and CU Wireless. Members of participating credit unions on the FSCC Shared Branching network are able to activate the service at cuswirl.com/anywhere.
Text Banking by CU Wireless integrates into USERs, XP, and FSCC core systems.
Credit unions who work directly with CU Wireless can take advantage of customized tools, keyword marketing campaigns, and smartphone apps that can increase their members’ engagement with their finances, the company said.
