CUDL/Wescom IDS, Symitar Finish Interface

CU Direct Corporation (CUDL) and Wescom IDS announced the completion of a new interface between Symitar and CUDL Workflow Manager, connecting the Symitar solution with CUDL's Workflow Manager. The CUDL Workflow Manager software enables credit unions participating in the CUDL program to receive automated, electronic application files, rather than faxes, when a member applies for financing at a CUDL auto dealership. The Wescom IDS Symitar Interface automatically checks incoming CUDL financing applications to determine whether the applicant is a member of the credit union. After the CU approves the CUDL application, financing and pertinent vehicle data can be transferred directly into Symitar without manual re-keying of data. For credit unions utilizing the CUDL dealer channel to generate new membership, CUDL financing applications are transmitted to Symitar through this new interface.
