The Credit Union Executives Society (CUES) elected its board officers for 2016-17 during its CEO/Executive Team Network meeting in Savannah.
The electees are:
- Stephanie Sherrodd as board chair. She is president and CEO of Texas Dow Employees CU (TDECU), a $2.9 billion institution based in Lake Jackson, Texas.
- Chris McDonald was named vice chairman/chairman-elect of CUES. He currently serves as president and CEO of Northwest Federal Credit Union, a $3 billion institution based in Herndon, Va.
- Kim Sponem was elected treasurer of CUES. She is president and CEO of Summit Credit Union, a $2.6 billion institution based in Madison, Wisc.
- Stewart Ramsey was elected secretary of CUES. He is president and CEO Pen Air Federal CU, a $1.3 billion institution based in Pensacola, Fla.
Sherrodd and Ramirez are both starting new three-year terms, which will conclude in conjunction with the CEO/Executive Team Network meeting in 2019.
