BASKING RIDGE, N.J. – CU Mortgage Alliance Network, a multi-credit union CUSO, yesterday said it has signed an affinity deal with HomeSold Inc.

The deal lets homebuyers take advantage of CUMAnet’s funding services and HomeSold’s extensive network of real estate agents.
Homebuyers are eligible to receive a rebate equal to 25% of their real estate commission (excluding properties in Alabama, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon and Tennessee due to individual state laws) and will receive a buyer agent to serve as an impartial party throughout the process.
HomeSold is a subsidiary of title insurer Fidelity National Financial Inc.
