CUNA Mutual Group has named John L. McWilliams as its new SVP-Human Resources. McWilliams will have responsibility for leading the company's human resource functions, including recruiting, selection, performance management, compensation, and training.
The company said McWilliams will also lead the design and implementation of the human resource elements of the company's three-year improvement effort. Most recently, McWilliams was SVP and chief human resources officer for RehabCare Group, Inc., St. Louis.
