Delta Community CU Opens 10,000-Square-Foot Branch

ATLANTA – Delta Community CU last week held a grand opening for its 12th metro-Atlanta branch, a 10,000-square-foot facility.

The branch is designed on a prototype introduced by the $2.7 billion credit union in 2005, which allows tellers to engage with the members they are assisting more effectively because they are not positioned behind traditional teller stations.

The design, which is becoming a recognizable hallmark of Delta Community, won in the category of “Commercial Under 10,000 Square Feet” at the 2006 Georgia American Society of Interior Designers Design Excellence Awards.
